Before we start roller manufacturing, the focus is on product development, during this stage of product development OKA is known for its intensive partnership. In the design stage we are supporting with 2D and 3D drawings, in this stage we can draw back on our long-term experience.

By the utilization of our high-performance 3D-Scanner in combination with our special software solution we can realize any concept and visualize this on screen. Handmoulds and sample rings can be produced – if necessary – within 24 hours. By this we can realize sampling of new products and assure optimum coordination in new developments. Advantages for you: Upon order of the final roller one hand mould is already included.
