About us

OKA-Spezialmaschinenfabrik is a traditional German machine builder & designer with more than 100 years of history in designing and building machines for the bakery and confectionery industry. The company, with its 60 employees, remains a family owned business, now in its fourth generation. OKA is synonymous with reliable, robust high tech equipment “Made in Germany”.

Our scope of delivery reaches from conventional mechanical machines up to high sophisticated state-of-the-art high-speed production machines. All machines are available in working width up to 1.800 mm., by the way, not only for bakery and confectionery production but also for pet food, cheese and much more.

Our customer base reaches from smaller family owned companies through multinational companies. OKA machines can be found on all continents and in more than 80 countries – globally.

We think ecological!

OKA has been integrating climate protection as part of their company philosophy. Besides the use of energy efficient drives according to IE3 standards in the OKA-machines we decided to source our energy from natural resources. By the choice of Entega natural power we were able to save 133 tons of CO2 in 2011. Further activities for climate protection are planned for 2012
